Service Description

Iyengar yoga is an alignment based practice. It starts with awareness of posture, strengthening and suppling muscles that support and move your bones. Good posture means a pain free body. Synchronizing movement with breath awareness cultivates attention and quiets your mind. The aim of yoga is to guide you towards stillness where you will have the opportunity to unite your mind, to your body, to your spirit.
