As we step into 2024, let's cocoon ourselves in the healing embrace of sound! Join us for a magical evening of transformative vibrations, guiding you towards a year of serenity and self-discovery. Lie back and allow the soothing sounds of the singing bowls, chimes and gong wash over you- relaxing your mind and nourishing your entire being.
What to Bring: Any props you may want or need to feel supported and help you relax. Yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye masks, etc.
It is also suggested to wear comfortable, warm clothing, to not eat a heavy meal too close to the event, and to empty your bladder prior to the start. There is a restroom available at the studio.
Parking: Located behind the loft in the graveled area. Please do not park in the front driveway. There are cubbies for any belongings inside the studio.
Please arrive early, as we will begin promptly.
