About the event
Natalie is a certified sound healer and owner of Fractal Soundscapes. She puts together unique sessions blending in sound healing techniques to create an experience that relaxes, restores and rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit. By using intentions and moving energy, shifts and changes can occur throughout the journey, leaving one feeling deeply rested.
This journey will begin with 30 minutes of yoga to help ground our breath and intentions, followed by a 1 hour Sound Bath that creates the sacred geometry pattern of the Flower of Life. This experience can have profound effects on the body by releasing energy and relaxing the body and mind.
What to Bring: Any props you may want or need to feel supported: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster, neck pillow, etc.
