Sink into Sound: A Guided Sound Journey

Join us for an evening of pure bliss. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, & gongs to help relax & restore your mind, body, & spirit.  Doors close promptly at 6pm.

Please note, there is one flight of stairs at this location.

What to bring: water, a pillow for under your knees ( to help with low back support), a blanket. Whatever you need to feel comfortable. The studio has some blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats to borrow so if you forget something or do not have a mat not to worry, you can borrow.

Parking: Is located behind the loft in the graveled area. Please do not park in the front driveway.

Entry is at the side of the white building and up one flight of stairs. You may leave your shoes and extra belongings at the bottom of the stairs in the cubby area.
