Fractal Soundscapes Sound Journey: The Four Elements

Natalie is a certified sound healer and owner of Fractal Soundscapes. She puts together unique sessions blending in sound healing techniques to create an experience that relaxes, restores and rejuvenates the body, mind and spirit. By using intentions and moving energy,  shifts and changes can occur throughout the journey, leaving one feeling deeply rested.

This journey will move through the 4 elements Wind, Fire, Water and Earth using koshi chimes, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, a gong, ocean pan, and a shamanic drum to represent each of the elements. Flowing through each one, feeling the energy of these elements move through your body. This experience can have profound effects on the body by releasing energy and relaxing the body and mind.

What to Bring: Any props you may want or need to feel supported: Yoga mat, blanket, bolster, neck pillow, etc.

It is also suggested to wear comfortable, warm clothing, to not eat a heavy meal too close to the event, and to empty your bladder prior to the start.

Parking: Located behind the loft in the graveled area. Please do not park in the front driveway.
